What drawings does a garage conversion need?

Converting a garage often means infilling the door opening and sometimes a beam where a wall or opening changes - any structural change needs an engineer's calcs.

I turn those into the setting-out and fabrication drawings for the works, as part of your Building Regs submission.

If there's no structural change, you may just need construction drawings, which I can also produce.
