What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone, postcode and the project details you choose to give us.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to match you with a draughtsman who can quote for the work. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form.

Who we share it with

To get you a quote we share your enquiry — including your name and contact details — with a draughtsman (an independent contractor or partner) so they can contact you directly. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any work that follows, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time — email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
